Videoblogging conference Vloggercon 2005 in NYC, January 22nd

Vloggercon 2005 will be held at the Parsons School of Design in Greenwich Village, New York City.

The video announcement of the conference is hosted by vBlog Central and, if you've watched talking head videoblogs with just one person talking, the announcement is fun to watch. Jay, Steve, and Ryanne are all active in the videoblogging group. Jay and Steve have given extensive feedback on vBlog Central.

Vloggercon 2005 will be small, fun, passionate, and challenging. It will also help establish 2005 as the Year of the Videoblog! I'm looking forward to meeting all these crazy people face-to-face.

I would have called it vblog-a-con, since I prefer vblogger to vlogger (as a shorthand for videoblogger), but I'm going anyway. (Shannon Noble prefers vlog and he named it.)
